CEREC®, or Chair-side Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics, requires about an hour per tooth. First, Dr. Neimar uses a special, highly precise camera to make a digital impression of your teeth. The CEREC® 3D machine then uses this image to design a custom restoration for you, matching the color to the shade of your natural teeth. The machine then carves and polishes a restoration out of ceramic material while you wait. Once Dr. Neimar bonds the new CEREC® restoration to your tooth, you'll be ready to reveal your improved smile to the world!
